While we move through the summer of 2021, there's some uncertainty regarding what Rotary can continue to facilitate the connections between people that Rotary members have valued in the past. Even though the "hands looking out into space" principle is certainly a an integral part of our routine it is clear that the trust in Rotary is increasing and more members are making acquaintances in person. Rotary has indeed changed. However, there is a certain amount of uncertainty as we move into summer 2021. It remains to be seen how those human connections Rotary members valued previously will be maintained. While the motto of "hands-in-space" will always be a part of our daily routine but it's clear that trust is rising as are the more direct interactions. The reality is that Rotary is changing. Rotary is a network that helps build lasting relationships. Our methods have been refined to keep online meetings at the forefront of our businesses, while reintroducing social and service activities through the face-to-face method. To build an improved future for Rotary We have seized to take advantage of the pandemic as well as our traditional habits.
